4.1 Premium Apartment Selection and Luxury Consulting

These services commence upon formal agreement. As personalized expertise is delivered, these services are not subject to reimbursement once begun. However, you may request a deferral no later than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Any approved deferral will be scheduled within six months of the original date.

5. Digital Info Product Terms

5.1 Digital guides and resources may be downloaded immediately upon purchase. If you encounter technical issues that prevent access, please contact us within 14 days for a full reimbursement. Access inquiries after this period will be handled case by case.

6. Goods Terms

6.1 Branded merchandise must be sent back in its original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a reimbursement. Shipping costs for sending back are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once received and inspected, the reimbursement will be processed to the original payment method within seven business days.

7. Reimbursement Policy

All approved reimbursements will be processed using the original payment channel within seven business days of approval. For services eligible for deferral, a new schedule will be provided in lieu of reimbursement. Requests should be submitted through contact us.
